1.How long does it take to transport the goods after purchase? Are all orders free shipping?
Due to the storage in the United States, it is delivered by local UPS/USPS, and the time limit is about 3-10 days.
In other countries, the time limit is about 7-40 days.
If you need a faster channel, please contact customer service, we will also charge according to the price provided by the logistics provider.
Topfit provides free shipping service for all orders from the United States. For most other countries/regions, we refer to international logistics freight charges. 
2.Do you provide delivery service in each country/region?
We provide delivery services to countries around the world, but we do not provide delivery services to places where international logistics cannot be delivered, such as some small islands outside the United States. If you place an order, but the area cannot be delivered, our staff will get in touch with you and refund the payment to you.
3.Do I need to pay taxes?
No need. Topfit provides tax-free services to customers.
4.If I purchased the product. Can the product be returned if there is a problem during use?
If there is a problem with the quality of the product, please contact customer service and provide photos or videos, we can send you a new product or refund you.

Really impressed with these Topfit door sill protectors. I wish I had these back when I first got my Model Y almost a year ago. My 3 year old kid has caused some scruff marks every time he comes and goes from the car. These door sill protectors bring back that brand new look to the car and they were really easy to install. Highly recommend!

Bit the bullet and bought these Topfit carbon fiber door sills. Overall, I’m happy with the result so far since they do what I wanted to do, keep dirty smudge off my door sills. These were easy to install and since I like the look of carbon fiber, they look great to me. The front door sills come with 3M adhesive that will hold them down but i believe putting them under door rubber liners also help a lot. I tucked in the back door sills under the rubber liners also.

Here is my genuine thought about this product. I would give this product 5 stars but instead I can only give it 4. I bought a lot of Topfit product and overall they have great product quality for your Tesla. This product itself is great as well. The carbon fiber looks premium and it looks really great in my opinion. It is also very sturdy so it could prevent your door from scratches.I recommend it.

Was looking for something to prevent all the scuffing caused by my kids whenever they entered the car. There was an extra roll of double sided tape to add the extra adhesion which made the attachments extra sturdy. The carbon fiber texture gives it a even sportier look. Would definitely recommend this product for people looking for the extra protection from all the scratches from getting in and out of the car.

Product arrived very fast and well packaged. They even provided a lot of extra mounting tape in case you need it. All of the parts fit very well, especially the rear panels. All parts compliment the black leather nicely. They also provide added protection to the kick plate up front. Job well done.

Opened up the box and set of 4. 2 for the front and 2 for the back. Easy to install in all 4 areas. Product comes with Velcro and tape on the backside. Product also includes extra double sided tape. Highly recommend this

I like this set with matte carbon fiber look. Fit and finish was perfect. Installation took a bit longer than expected, and most difficult for me was disassembling or removing original parts. Maybe because I didn’t have experience with it, having auto trim removal tool set helps a lot. Pleased with the final look/results.

Fancy look. Protect your car. The first thing people see is the MODEL Y logo cause you know, some people have no idea. Installation is super easy also. One thing I recommend is to peal off some of the adhesive tape on the side that doesn’t stick to anything.
